More importantly, this spirit of collaboration defines the way we work and the character of the work we do for our clients. We bring an outsider’s perspective to an organization, but at the same time, we learn the ins and outs that make our clients – and their communication objectives – unique. The stronger the trust between us and our clients, the stronger the work. We refer to it as creative problem solving, because the challenge is first to identify all the issues and angles, before we begin developing communications pieces. The work itself becomes a natural extension of this investigation.
