Voice. I started out in journalism, writing for business and general interest magazines. Then I went into advertising, spending about a decade in major agencies before setting up shop for myself. Since then I have worked on a variety of large and small accounts, from law firms to General Motors. My experience has taught me that my writing can only be as strong as the message. That’s why I have become increasingly focused on strategy and finding the right voice to convey the unique personality of an organization. Only then can the writing make a real connection with the reader.
